The Reentry & Case Management Services Program delivers a comprehensive range of reentry-focused psychoeducational programming and case management supports across the continuum of care within the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. These reentry-focused, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy services are delivered through a variety of modalities and settings, including both individual and group-based formats.
All reentry services are provided in conjunction with the Essex County Sheriff’s Department and in coordination with other contracted vendors. Offered programming includes:
- Reentry Planning and Transition Support
- Risk Assessment and Case Planning
- Anger Management and Conflict Resolution
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Moral Reconation Therapy
- Life Skills and Psychoeducation Groups
- Substance Use Disorder Treatment

- Locations: Middleton House of Correction, the Essex County Prelease & Reentry Center (ECPRC) in Lawrence, the Women in Transition in Salisbury (WIT), and the Supporting Transitions & Reentry (STAR) programs in Lynn and Lawrence
