Advocacy

NFI Massachusetts is committed to advocating for our employees and colleagues in Human Services. Executive Director Lydia Todd has served as the chair of the Caring Force, a grassroots initiative of human service professionals as part of the Providers’ Council. Through these initiatives, NFI Massachusetts has advocated for increased compensation and loan repayment for human services workers to ensure fair and equitable compensation for everyone in the field.
