Massachusetts’ Training Department, as part of the Quality & Development Department, offers a robust and diverse training for all NFI employees, volunteers, and interns.
NFI Massachusetts’ Training Department is driven by the organization’s mission statement: Maximizing potential for the full promise of community living. We have one of the most thorough and comprehensive training regimens in the Commonwealth, ensuring that all our staff are competent and confident caregivers, who understand what their role is and how to actualize the services they provide in the lives of all our care recipients.
NFI Massachusetts offers entry level trainings, annual and biannual refreshers, and advanced level trainings for leaders at all levels of the organization. Our three day Supervisory and Leadership Skills training ensures every department and division of NFI has effective and responsible professionals ensuring the people we serve receive consistent and constant high quality services every day.
