Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Committee

Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Committee is an employee committee dedicated to promoting an inclusive environment for NFI staff, while assisting leadership and management in decisions that help push our agenda of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging forward. The DEIB advisory committee has launched many initiatives, such as adding trainings focused on diversity and inclusion in the employee training regimen, a Diverse Workforce Scholarship Program, and a DEIB conference in 2022.
