The Safe Harbor Transition to Independent Living (TIL) program helps young adults as they transition to adulthood and independent living.

Safe Harbor serves young adults between the ages of 18-22, providing housing via apartments are located throughout the Merrimack Valley.  Each young adult is assigned a case manager who works with him/her on needs and goals related to education, transportation, vocational services, health services, management of finances, access to community social and recreational services, and housing services.  Each young adult works with their case manager on searching for and securing affordable housing to successfully transition to living independently in their identified home community upon discharge from the program. We make it a priority to help all young adults foster healthy relationships with friends, family and community that lead to a network of lifelong supports.
