NFI Landing is a 9-bed co-ed intensive treatment residence for transitional age youth ages 17-21. NFI Landing specializes in preparing transitional age youth to live independently in the community.
NFI Landing is a supportive and nurturing group home for transitional age youth experiencing social-emotional, mental health, and/or behavioral challenges and histories of complex and developmental trauma. Landing provides in-house clinical support, case management, and life skills training including occupational therapy, educational and vocational support, and the development of age appropriate social and recreational skills. Our goal is to launch young adults successfully into their communities with the skills necessary to live independently while utilizing community resources and adult services as they transition into adulthood.
