NFI’s School-Based Targeted Intervention Services provides Intensive Wraparound service for students at Consentino High School who are at high risk for developing substance use disorder.
NFI Case Managers are embedden within Consentino Middle School, providing psychoeducational groups that promote pro-social activities while teaching drug refusal and harm reduction strategies. The program alligns all stakeholders involved wtih the youth, including school staff, families and community partners in order to maximize success.
