NFI’s Old Ferry program in Haverhill, MA serves adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury (ABI) and adults who might otherwise require care in a skilled nursing facility or long-stay hospital.
Old Ferry provides individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injuries a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment where they receive the highest level of care and are treated with dignity and respect. Our nurses, case managers and direct care staff operate under a person-centered approach, providing 24/7 care that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. We work closely with local and surrounding communities, and ensure those in our care have the tools, access, and opportunities to fully engage with and connect to their communities on a regular basis.
