Located in Westborough, NFI Evolutions 1 and 2 are Joint Commission accredited state-wide Intensive Residential Treatment Programs for with youth diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance (SED), trauma histories, or mental health diagnoses.
Evolutions 1 and 2 provide strengths-based, comprehensive treatment that instills hope and equips youth, and their families, with individualized, practical, and skills-based strategies to manage overwhelming emotional states, trauma reactivity, and mental health symptoms. Our multidisciplinary team includes child psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, clinicians, in-house educators, peer mentors, family partners, and direct care counselors. Our highly structured therapeutic milieu and educational day program provides safe and nurturing environments in which youth stabilize and develop. We partner with youth and families to develop and practice skills that are transferable to home and the community to ensure success long after discharge.
