Safe Harbor (TIL)

The Safe Harbor Transition to Independent Living (TIL) program helps older adolescents and young adults make the often challenging transition to adulthood and independent living.  Safe Harbor serves young male and female adults between the ages of 18-22.  Apartments are located throughout the Merrimack Valley.  Each young adult is assigned a case manager who works with him/her on issues such as education, transportation, vocational services, health services, money management, access to community social and recreational services, and housing services.  Each young adult works with their case manager on searching for affordable housing prior to intake so the apartment lease can be transferred to their name once discharged from the program.
