Vanessa Henry, NFI Massachusetts Director of Human Resources, was invited to sit on the Providers’ Council “Stretched to Capacity” panel during the 51st Annual Membership and Business Meeting on April 8, 2026. The panel was an open discussion of the April 2026 report of the same name (https://providers.org/report/stretched-to-capacity/), addressing the many challenges human services organizations face when hiring and maintaining talent.
Vanessa was joined by industry experts and colleagues, including Christina Citino, Senior Research Manager at the UMass Donahue Institute; Kathleen Jordan, President and CEO of the Seven Hills Foundation; Assistant Secretary Ken Brown of the Office of Labor and Workforce Development; Senator Robyn Kennedy, Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Children, Families, and Persons with Disabilities; and Jean Yang, President and CEO of Vinfen.
