MIDDLETON, MA – NFI Massachusetts is proud to announce that it has been named a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplace, a prestigious national recognition based entirely on employee feedback.
The USA TODAY Top Workplace award recognizes and celebrates organizations
that exceed national benchmarks for employee satisfaction, workplace culture, leadership, professional growth, organizational values, and more. Winners are determined entirely through anonymous employee surveys conducted nationwide by Energage in partnership with USA TODAY. Energage is a Pennsylvania-based company that helps organizations measure, shape, and showcase their culture and organizational practices. It has partnered with USA TODAY on its Top Workplaces award for six years.

The award comes during a period of continued growth and innovation at NFI Massachusetts, including the expansion of its community-based services, workforce and leadership development initiatives for employees, and continued advocacy for improved wages for workers across the human services sector.
