Mairin Schreiber

Director of Quality and Development

Mairin Schreiber, Director of Quality and Development for NFI Massachusetts has 30 years of operational experience in mental health, juvenile justice, and child welfare services. She holds a master’s degree in human development and psychology from Harvard University, where she focused on at-risk populations with a special interest in girls and women’s development. In addition to being an executive leadership team member at NFI, she is responsible for the quality management and compliance, strategic planning, training, development activities, program evaluation, and implementation of trauma and evidenced-informed models. Mairin is an adoptive mom and is head over heels in love with her Goldendoodle puppy.
