Division Director - Community Based Service

Holly has worked for NFI for over 14 years, starting with the agency in March 2010 as a clinician at a short-term residential treatment program. Holly transitioned into the clinical director role at the North Shore Continuum at the program’s launch in June 2014 and was promoted to program director in December 2016. Holly has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Trinity College and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. Additionally, she obtained her MFT License in September 2014. Since 2021, Holly has served as Division Director of Home and Community Based Services.

Holly’s career in human services began before her time at NFI. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she worked as a direct care counselor and supervisor in an acute residential treatment facility for adolescents. While attending graduate school she completed an internship at an outpatient psychiatry unit at a Children’s Hospital of San Diego. After graduate school, Holly worked as a community-based individual therapist for adolescents before eventually moving back to the east coast and finding her home with NFI. Holly serves as an agency trainer in Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency and is a certified Wraparound coach. Holly also chairs NFI’s permanency committee, helping lead the agency’s efforts toward prioritizing lifelong, enduring family connections for all individuals served.
