Director of Operations
Eric Klingaman is the Director of Operations at NFI MA. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Klingaman has earned a reputation for providing quality care for youth and families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. His journey began as a Direct Care worker following his undergraduate education at Springfield College and was later promoted to Project Director for NAFI RI, where he oversaw Joint Commission-accredited facilities for over 10 years.
In 2014, he joined NFI MA and has held the positions of Director of Acute Residential Services and Director of Behavioral Health. In 2018, he became NFI MA’s Director of Operations, where his responsibilities include managing programmatic, clinical, and workforce needs for all programs in Massachusetts. Eric also serves on state and provider-led committees and workgroups, where he contributes to improving the quality of care for the people they serve.
He remains deeply committed to advancing the mission of NFI Massachusetts, fostering innovation in service delivery, and ensuring the well-being of the individuals and communities served.
